Cajun-Spiced Salmon

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with the Cajun seasoning.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until fully cooked. Set the salmon aside.

In the same pan, cook the shrimp until they turn pink. Stir in the heavy cream and mix well.

Serve the salmon topped with the creamy Cajun shrimp.

Notes:

For an added burst of flavor, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
