Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup Catalina or French salad dressing
  • 2 cups Doritos, slightly crushed
  • Optional garnishes: sliced black olives, jalapeño slices, avocado wedges

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
    • Stir in the taco seasoning and water, mixing well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
