Loaded Nacho Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or seasoned taco meat
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fries:
    • Preheat your oven and cook the French fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy.
  2. Assemble the Dish:
    • Arrange the cooked fries on a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the fries.
  3. Add Toppings:
    • Layer the cooked ground beef, black beans, jalapeƱos, diced tomatoes, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  4. Melt the Cheese:
    • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbly.
  5. Finish and Serve:
    • Take the baking sheet out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
  6. Garnish:
    • Serve the loaded fries immediately with dollops of sour cream and guacamole on top or on the side.
